Day 1: Yangon Arrival (D)
Welcome by our tour guide upon arrival at Yangon International Airport. Transfer to hotel and take a few hours for refreshment. Evening tour begins with the most magnificent and spectacular Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty of Stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Diner at Karaweik Palace restaurant with cultural show and Overnight in Hotel.
Day 2: Yangon- Bago- Sane Let Tin Resort (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Bago, the Ancient Mon Capital, visit Bago Market, where we can see the ways of life of local people and buy local products. Sightseeing includes visit the reclining ShweThaLyaung Buddha Images, built in 994 AD by King Mingadippa, 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th Century. “Kanbawzathardi Palace” the famous palace of the Emperor of the Second Myanmar Kingdom (1551-1581 A.D).
Proceed to Shwemawdaw Pagoda, originally built by the Mons to a height to 23 meters in the 8th century and was rebuilt higher several times until it finally reached its present 114 meter stature in 1954.
Overnight at Sane Let Tin Resort.
Day 3: Sane Let Tin Resort –Golden Rock -Yangon (B/L/D)
After breakfast, tour extend to Kyaikhtiyo, the Golden Rock Pagoda, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaves stands precariously on the edge of a cliff. From Kin Pun base camp, take an open truck which is compulsory through a steep winding11 km road which leads to the upper staging point. From the “upper area”, travellers must at present walk the final stage, approximately 4 km up-steep paths, which ascend some 500m to the Pagoda platform.
As an easier alternative to walking, visitors can be carried in sedan chairs by four porters at an extra cost of approximately US$ 38 per pax. Enjoy the beauty of sunset or dawn over the mountain ranges from the platform of Golden Rock Pagoda.After that,descend from Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. After that, return back to Yangon and dine at local restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 4: Yangon Departure (B/L)
Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing to the city centre including City Hall, Sule Pagoda, MahaBandoola Park, and Independence Monument. Shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scott) Market with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, transfer to International airport for departure.
